Why and how does changing your diet from processed foods to organic foods make you feel so much more positive?
for 3 4 months i ate processed foods...like vegetable beef pies, pizza, lasagne, chicken patties, etc that you heat in the oven...and things like macoroni that has cheese mix inside it..etc. i noticed that , although this diet isnt very bad or unhealthy..i started to feel more depressed less energetic..and i felt less clear thinking and more confused. too. but when i switched back to eating vegetables that i cut up and rice, and fruits only..with water..that i began to feel again SO MUCH BETTER..almost like i had been taking drugs or medicines for 3 4 months. IS THIS REALLY THE FEELING ONE GETS AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF EATING ORGANIC FOODS? i felt that i could think clearly again, i was more clear headed and more positive and more energetic. why this is? WHY MORE DONT CARE ABOUT THIS TOO?
