How can I keep my organic apples fresh?
I bought granny smith organic apples two days ago and they're starting to turn brown already Is this normal for organic fruits and how can I keep them fresher, longer?Thank you

I like buying organic apples as opposed to the waxy ones because they taste so much fresher and more crisp, but they go bad much quicker. Sometimes I notice these little vein looking things inside the apple, but it's still hard and crisp. Does that mean that the apple has gone bad, or can I still eat it?

Given a choice between organic and non-organic apples, at same price, which apples would you buy and eat?

Organic apples always moldy in the grocery store?
My local grocery store has a decent produce selection, but I've recently started buying organic apples and noticed that they almost always have a tiny bit of mold on the bottom. I can buy non organic apples from the same store and keep them for at least a week and they stay good. Please don't suggest Whole Foods or Trader Joes. It is just not convenient for me to make a special trip to a store that isn't near me and where I can't find my typical grocery items. Are my options limited to either pesticides or mold?
